We use proper telephone etiquette. We do not use a call centre, all calls come to our offices, where we always aim to answer a telephone call within 5 rings, with a smile in our voice. In the last resort we may ask you to wait on hold. We will call you back if you prefer.
We are committed to transparency. We will keep you informed of progress in your particular matter. In the majority of cases we are able to tell you the fixed fee, although on some occasions it may be possible to only indicate this. We will make our fees clear to you before we start your work.
